What makes a red chillable and how can you tell if it would be a good choice to chill it down? What if there was a white that is better served at room temperature?! In this class, we'll discuss specific regions that are known for producing wines served at non-traditional temps and why they are served that way - just in time for spring! 

This class will feature 5 tastes of wine and about an hour of information. Tickets are transferrable, but non-refundable.
