It's not sweet! Explore Dave's favorite region in the entire world and taste some of the wines that make this area such a gem. We'll taste from 5 different subsections of this area tucked into the south of Burgundy and discuss the other important ones as well, along with production methods, terroir, food pairings, and the people who have put Beaujolais on the map forever. 

As with all our classes, 5 tastes of wine, about an hour of information, and a Q and A after are all part of the package. Tickets are transferrable, but non-refundable. See you there!
